Brooklyn Black Chocolate Stout
This is the famous Brooklyn Black Chocolate Stout, an award-winning rendition of the Imperial Stout style, once made exclusively for Catherine the Great. Three mashes are used to brew each batch of beer, achieving a luscious deep dark chocolate flavour through a blend of specially roasted malts. It is delicious when newly bottled, but also ages beautifully for years.
Brooklyn East IPA
Brooklyn East IPA is inspired by the original East India Pale Ales brewed in England in the early 1800s. Everyday English ales were spoiling during shipment from London, around Africa’s Cape of Good Hope, to Calcutta. Using extra malt and hops, British brewer George Hodgson developed an ale with the bitterness and strength to endure the long sea voyage, giving rise to a great beer style.
