Brooklyn Local 1
Forged from barley malt and hops from Germany, aromatic raw sugar from Mauritius and yeast from Belgium. Behind the full golden colour you’ll find an alluring aroma, a dynamic complex of flavours, Belgian flair, Brooklyn fortitude and a dusting of Brooklyn Brewery’s special yeast. This beer uses the old technique of 100% bottle re-fermentation, a practice now rare even in Europe. It gives this beer a palate of unusual depth.
Kwak is recognisable by its deep bright amber colour and a dense, creamy coloured head, as well as distinctive glass and wooden glass holder.
